Contact us

Email support@esignpoint.com. Include the email address on your account and, if it is about a document, its title. We reply by email, usually within one to two working days. Business plan customers get priority support.

Please never send passwords or card numbers. We will never ask for them.

Common questions

I was sent a document to sign. Do I need an account?
No. Open the link in the email, review the document and sign. If you use the esignPoint app, documents sent to your email address also appear under “Sent to you” once you sign in.
I did not receive the signing email.
Check your spam or junk folder and that the sender used the right address. If it is not there, ask the sender to resend it from the document. If it still does not arrive, email us the document title and the address it was sent to.
The signing link says it has expired or been used.
A link works for the person it was sent to and stops working once that person has signed or the sender has cancelled the request. Ask the sender to send a new one.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. We email a reset link. After five wrong attempts an account is locked for 15 minutes.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Go to Billing in the app. Cancelling stops renewal and you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Update your card and download invoices from the same page. See our terms for refunds.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Sign in and go to Settings → Delete account on the web, or Account → Delete my account in the app. Your sign-in, name and email are erased and you are signed out everywhere. If you are the only owner of an organisation that has other members, make someone else an owner first; if your organisation has a paid subscription, cancel it on the Billing page first. Agreements you created or signed are legal records and stay with the organisation. To export your data or use any other privacy right, email privacy@esignpoint.com. Details are in our privacy notice.
Is an electronic signature legally valid?
Electronic signatures are recognised in the UK and many other countries, and esignPoint records who signed, when, and from what device. Whether a particular document can be signed electronically depends on the document and the law that applies to it, so take legal advice if you are unsure. We are a software provider, not a law firm.
I think I have found a security problem.
Please email us with the details and do not share them publicly. We will acknowledge your report and keep you updated.
